We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase, Rev Styling gladly accepts merchandise with no visible signs of wear or damage that shipped to a U.S. address for store credit within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns are issued via store credit (digital gift card) which may then be used to purchase a new item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Returned items must still have tags on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.
Returns must be initiated (submitted via the return portal) within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If a return is started after 14 days, it will not be accepted.
We strongly encourage holding onto tracking information for packages that are being returned. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
- To initiate a return, login to our online return center using your order number and email address and select the eligible product(s) you wish to return.
- Please wait for email confirmation that the request has been approved before shipping your package. We will refuse returns sent without prior contact. Customer Service processes return requests within 1-2 business days.
- After we receive and inspect your return, a store credit will be issued within 2-3 business days and sent to your email address on file.
Returning a Gift
- Start your gift return by contacting Customer Service. Please include any information about the original order, if available. Our team will provide instructions on how to process your return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Rev Styling E-Gift Card.
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you have received a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience.
- Please notify Customer Service of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.
- If we are not informed within 3 days of delivery, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper handling or care.
- Exact clothing colors and patterns may vary due computer/mobile device resolutions, lighting, and other factors. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
- Due to high demand and limited quantities of our products, we do not offer price adjustments. Returned merchandise is eligible only for store credit.
